Jack offers Paradigm Group’s clients a lifetime of experience as a sales executive, coach and trainer. He enjoyed a long and successful career at IBM, where he managed sales teams across multiple industries and became an in-house expert on sales presentations and sales process implementation.

 

Midway though his career, Jack transitioned to the financial services industry. At various times he was responsible for developing sales cultures, leading process redesign, training, and establishing metrics & incentives. Having a career that spanned several mergers with Chase Manhattan and its legacy banks, Jack retired as Senior Vice President for Capital One Bank. His primary focus with that organization was developing the sales strategy for small business and investments sales.

 

Jack is currently a mentor in Bowling Green State University’s Entrepreneurial Management program.

 

Fun Fact: Jack is trying to play the top 100 golf courses in the world with the same foursome, and they’re almost half way there!

 

Personal Mantra: It’s not the impact but the follow-through that counts.
