One of Paradigm Group’s senior trainers, Kent brings over 30 years of experience working with sales teams and their managers to implement new business development strategies.
He uses a collaborative problem-solving approach that fosters interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Kent has developed and delivered sales process training to a wide range of industries and organizations including NBCUniversal, Young Broadcasting, and Belo.
Kent's consulting work has taken him around the world, executing sales programs, training trainers for internal implementation, and field coaching individual performers. Kent is a former faculty member of the NESB at Williams College, in Massachusetts.
Fun Fact: Kent was once a member of the U.S. Olympic water polo team!
